VOICE COMMUNICATIONS

The solution provides functions that ease the everyday life of the business and may create additional value − call routing, call interception groups, internal and external numbers, an IVR system, call records, call centre load and analysis of unanswered calls, as well as the reports for the management review on the whole system. OSS Networks voice communication is provided in cooperation with the Latvijas Mobilais Telefons company.

Monthly subscription charge

  • IPPBX user support by phone (second level support)
  • Remote failure diagnosis and prevention
  • Remote configuration
  • On-site visits − to prevent failures
  • IPPBX software updates (the customer’s current IPPBX configuration is backed up and the system can be operatively restored from the backup file in case of failure)

Service and response time SLA (Service level agreement)

  • Working hours (Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00) response time - 4 working hours
  • Outside working hours response time - 8 working hours
  • The changes to the configuration of IP phone central (IPPBX) are done during working hours; response time - 3 working hours. The implementation of changes that will require longer hours will be agreed with the management of the company.

SIP line

The SIP line provides an encrypted communications channel and consists of one or more simultaneous communications channels. The access network for providing the SIP line is Internet. The signal is transmitted over the internet using the SIP protocol (Session Initiation Protocol).
